Seattle-area VC firm Tola Capital raises new $400 million fund and puts on shows

Tola Capital, a Seattle-area investment firm that supports enterprise software companies, is raising $400 million for its third fund, according to a new SEC filing. Founded in 2010, Tola is led by former Microsoft executives Sheila Gulati and Stacey Giard. It currently manages $440 million in assets and has invested in more than 20 companies. Gulati declined to comment on the application.
