To have good durability and offer the desired security for a longer time, there must be a proper PPE Sanitation process. However, each piece of equipment has its instructions that must be followed not to damage the product.

Safety Helmets: This PPE is simpler as it usually soils superficially. So, remember to use a damp cloth at the end of the day and leave the product in the shade and a cool place if your head is sweating. 

Typically, helmet suspensions come with a sweat-absorbing strap in the forehead area that is easily removed and cleaned frequently.

Respirators: Respirator filters must be changed whenever necessary, and single-use equipment must be discarded. As for masks, you can use a damp cloth to remove excess dust or other contaminants.

Hearing Protectors: Hearing protectors and ear protectors must be sanitized daily, right after use. It contains natural secretions from the ears; it is essential to wash it thoroughly with mild soap or dry. Do not store the product if it is damp and always let it dry in the shade.
