Some users have experienced that Disney Plus automatically turns on closed captioning, so this quick guide will show you the steps to turn it off. Roku
On newer devices, Roku allows you to quickly enable or disable subtitles. While watching a video on Disney Plus on Roku, press the Up button on your remote and select Audio and Subtitles. The options depend on the content you are viewing and where you are.

Fire TV
