As with all other web browsers, you can change the Brave browser homepage to any website of your choice. It allows you to open that site in the browser by just clicking the home button. We’ll show you how to set this up.
To make a site your homepage, all you need is the web address (URL) of that site or webpage. You type or paste this address into Brave and the browser makes it your home page.

Change the Brave Browser home page on the desktop
To change the home page in the desktop version of Brave, first launch Brave on your computer.
In the top right corner of Brave, click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines).
Select “Settings” from the menu that opens.
On the ‘Settings’ page that opens in the left sidebar, click on ‘Appearance’.
In the right pane, in the “Appearance” section, enable “Show Home Button” if it is not already enabled. This adds a Home button next to the address bar, which you can click to access your home page.
Under the “Show start button” option, activate the “Enter custom web address” field.
In the text field, type the full web address of the site you want to make your home page for. For example, to make Google your homepage, type the following in the text box. Then press Enter:
https://www.google.com/
And you’re done. From now on, when you click the home button next to the address bar, you will be taken to your newly specified home page site.

Set a new home page in the Brave Browser on mobile
Changing the homepage in the mobile version of Brave is also easy. To do that, first launch Brave on your phone.
In the lower right corner of Brave, select the button with the three dots. Depending on your settings, this may be at the top or bottom of your screen.
In the menu that opens, tap “Settings.”
On the ‘Settings’ screen, select the ‘Home page’ option.
On the Home screen, turn on the toggle at the top if it’s off. Then, in the “Open this page” section, select the “Enter custom web address” radio button.
In the text field, enter the site you want to make your homepage from, then press Enter. For example, to make Bing your homepage, type this URL:
https://www.bing.com/
You are done. Tapping the home button in Brave will now take you to your new home page.
If you like using Brave but find the emphasis on cryptocurrency annoying, you can easily remove the crypto features and promotions from your view.
